Guardian is sold like a managed operational system, not a commodity SaaS seat. The setup fee covers deployment planning, onboarding, and rollout; the monthly fee covers support, updates, and the ongoing evolution of the product. Customer hardware is separate unless expressly quoted otherwise.

What the setup fee covers

Guardian currently runs on customer-provided or separately procured approved Macs. If Guardian later offers managed hardware procurement again, that will be quoted explicitly instead of assumed inside the standard setup fee.
